Setting the scene: what’s known and done on T+1

Evidence suggests North America's T+1 transition has driven up staffing costs as firms hired to handle the increased time pressure. Now, more than a year later, market participants are hoping that these costs would come down as delayed technology modernisation and automation projects are delivered. This session discusses some of the measures that have been taken to address these challenges.
